Custom Order Policy
Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Turnaround Time: All custom orders are processed and completed within 7 business days after receiving your final design approval.

Rush Orders: Need it sooner? If time permits, rush orders are available for an additional 20% + the cost of expedited shipping for the blank garments if unable to purchase locally.
Design Submission

Designs must be submitted in high-resolution formats (e.g., PNG or JPEG).

If your design requires edits (e.g., resizing, color adjustments, or text modifications), an editing fee starting at $10 will apply, depending on the complexity of the changes.

After submission, you will receive a proof for approval. Your order will not proceed until the proof is confirmed.
Approval Process

Customers have 2 rounds of revisions included with their custom order. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 per revision.

Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
Pricing & Payment

Custom pricing is based on the design complexity, size, and garment type.

Full payment is required before production begins.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped promptly after completion, and tracking information will be provided.
