Every item is made to order with love.

At Couture Customs by Gina, we strive to provide you with high-quality, custom-made T-shirts as quickly as possible. Please note the following shipping details:

 

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays.

  

  • Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 3-5 business days. Again, weekends and holidays are not counted in this time frame.

 

  • Shipping Confirmation:You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

NOTE: SHIPPING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO FULFILLMENT TIME.

Coupon Policy

​

At Couture Customs by Gina, we appreciate your business and offer coupon codes to provide great savings on our products. Please review our coupon policy below:

​

  • One Coupon per Order: Coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon code may be applied per order.

  • No Coupon Stacking: Coupon stacking is not allowed. If multiple coupons are entered on the same order, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

  • Order Cancellations: If an order is found to have more than one coupon applied, it will be canceled and refunded.

 

COUPONS CAN NOT BE REDEEMED ON CUSTOM ITEMS & SALE ITEMS.

Payment Policy

​

At Couture Customs by Gina, each item is made-to-order with care and personalized to meet your specifications. To ensure the highest quality and commitment to your custom design, payment is required in full before we can begin processing your order. 

 

Due to the nature of custom apparel, we cannot start production until payment has been received. This policy ensures that the necessary materials are secured and your order is completed in a timely manner.

 

Please note that once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled or altered.​

Order Pick-Up Policy

​

  • If we have arranged for pick-up, orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving the order completion notice.

  • If an order is not picked up within the 30 day timeframe, it will be discarded.

    • No refunds or replacements will be issued for discarded orders.​

  • Customers are responsible for arranging timely pickup of their orders or notifying us in advance if an extension is needed.

​

 

Refunds & Exchanges

​

Since our products are custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered unless there is an error on our part. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your items.

To ensure timely delivery, orders needed within a 3-day window will incur a 20% rush fee.

Standard shipping is $8.

Couture Customs by Gina is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to fault of selective carriers. Please contact carrier directly.
